We use AI-assisted tools to help draft appointment responses, answer common questions, and suggest available time slots. These tools may process the information you share with us (such as your name, contact details, and booking notes) solely to facilitate scheduling and customer support. AI is never used to make automated decisions about your pet's health or grooming. All AI-drafted messages are reviewed by a human member of our team before being sent.
